Please note: The brass is unpolished, and will contain superficial scratches throughout. Expect this ruler to appear somewhat industrial in nature.

As with using any ruler or protractor, we recommend you use your own discretion when using with a fountain pen, particularly one with a gold nib. The friction of the nib rubbing against the metal could cause damage to the nib in a way that would void most pen manufacturer’s warranties. For this reason it’s our recommendation you don’t use this product with fountain pens.
